Saving Presentation Slides

To save a copy of the presentation slides, follow these steps:

  1. Open the presentation on the Google Slides site by clicking the button on the lower right menu.
  2. Click the Make a Copy command from the File menu.
  3. Follow the instructions on the Google site to save your copy.

Saving Google Docs

To save a copy of the transcript or handout, follow these steps:

  1. Open the document by clicking the document link.
  2. Click the Make a Copy command from the File menu.
  3. Follow the instructions on the Google site to save your copy.

Accessing Speaker Notes

To see the Speaker Notes for the slides, follow these steps:

  1. Click the three-dot button (⋮) in the lower left menu.
  2. Click the Open Speaker Notes command from the pop-up menu.
